The website creation program wix.com requires that you absolutely have to use a notebook for the extensive editing of a website.
But I can only use a smartphone at the moment.
The desktop mode on an Android phone is still identified by the program as a mobile device.

Depends on how Wix recognizes that exactly. Probably at the UserAgent.
So take a browser that allows changing (maybe Firefox, with an addon)
What is an "internet program"? Do you mean the server of a website? Certainly that works, e.g. By manipulating the user agent string of the browser.
Of course this included knowing about how… Everything is possible and the internet is bigger than google etc. How do I explain for professional reasons not here. LG
