Can't install games on my laptop?

When I want to install games on my laptop this message appears

This app is not compatible with the device

What does that mean, what can I do?

Which LapTop do you have, which operating system does it have and where do you download the games from?

Which laptop?
Which operating system?
Which store?

Otherwise we can't help you!

Thats is quite easy:

You probably have a rather small notebook with a 32bit operating system. I don't know exactly what all the differences between 32 and 64bit are, but I know one thing:

If you have a 32bit operating system, you can't run 64bit programs.

So look for alternatives or for the same program in 32bit.
