Is my Windows 10 for a fee?

I reset my laptop (via Settings) and after restarting it started installing Windows 10. However, I had to accept the legal guidelines. Do I have to pay anything for Windows now? Unfortunately, I no longer know whether Windows was already on the laptop when I bought it or not. I will be very grateful for help.
