Write down a program for notes (notebook)?

I have a notebook with a touch display and would like to try to take notes on it with a TouchPen.

Are there programs with templates (checked, lined…) where I can write on my notebook with a stylus?

There are also iPads with an Apple pen and so, I would like to try it on my laptop

What programs are there for this?

In my experience, Microsoft OneNote is a good note-taking program.

Possibly GoodNotes if you have Apple. That is really good.
