After the latest update of Windows 10, the operating system can no longer find my printer (DCP-135C Brother). I had all connections, USB cables, power cables temporarily disconnected and reconnected. Then I downloaded and installed new firmware from the Brother website. I can't get in touch with my laptop despite the USB cable. In the meantime, I also uninstalled the Windows update, which also didn't bring me the desired success. I'm starting to run out of ideas on how to solve the problem. Who can help me?
Other Windows users have the same problem after the last update. Read that Microsoft is now providing an update to solve printer problems.
There have been other bugs since the last update, such as Outlook doesn't want to work properly anymore, or starting the PC causes problems.
Fortunately, I still have a laptop running XP. This still prints well.
