Does the login field not pop up on Windows?

I've been trying to get into my laptop for several hours - in vain.

Press times CTRL and ALT and Delete and then shut down. And then you turn it on again

Another possibility is: You press the switch-off button for about ten seconds. That shuts down labtop

Is probably basically faster with this OS than being able to fix any problem in the beginning…
