There's something similar, it is called: "All-in-One PC".
This is a PC which is built into the screen and you can connect a keyboard to it. So the reverse to your idea.

There are also mini-PCs which are also used in many offices. They are usually no larger than a file folder, so they do not take up much desk space. At this screen then, keyboard and so connected.

That's just the problem, the B450 chipset is so kolpiziert that one can do nothing more for it as a single programmer. This is so complex that only a big company can do something. I want to have a computer that is like an Amiga in a case and a newer chipset like an ARM with 7nm and min. Two M.2 memory with some interfaces. I currently have Raspberry but the 3 B + is not as powerful as an i3 which is too expensive. Such a computer is the super documented would be great. I also understand that with the keyboard all want to infect another udn and if that is broken you can't fix that but with an infected one can swap it.

If you want to customize the operating system yourself, or want to talk directly to the hardware, then I recommend you a source code open Linux operating system, so you can customize and reprogram many things yourself.

The dust was just fun (just an example) - that with the small computer was serious. So you do not want a home computer anymore, just more laptops and tablets! Nobody wants a small computer "heul! - schnüff". I have also accumulated a few laptops, PCs, computers in recent times.
