I've had problems with my PC since last night.
It is a stationary computer and not a laptop.
Last night I wanted to watch a Youtube video, but as soon as I clicked on it, it was black and in the middle of this loading circle.
After that, I first turned off my PC, which somehow didn't go out completely, which is why I had to turn it off manually with a button.
Now I have the same problem. Youtube videos do not load, the same at Twitch or the like.
Internet works. I have Windows 10.
Just try another browser, preferably google chrome as portable, or mozilla firefox, because your settings may block any scripts. Deactivate all addons, especially adblocker. But it is also not uncommon for an external problem, eg. Breaks your bandwidth or your internet provider has problems. It can also be due to the platforms themselves, I think twitch has had a lot of problems lately.
