I recently got a new laptop because the keyboard of the old one was not working anymore. I have another connected and a file transferred to a USB stick, which also shows me that the file was taken over. But as soon as I plug it into the new laptop, the file is incomplete or not even there. For other files it works and I have tried everything several times. The USB stick is intact and even my parents do not know what to do. The file is too big for an email. Does anyone know about the area and can I help?
Maybe it's because of the new USB types, but it should be compatible
