I have a laptop here (discarded from the store) … Wanted to install windows 7 which worked well… Now I would like to install all the drivers and get beio each following message: The procedure entry point AddDIIDirectory * was not found in DLL Kernel32 .dll *
They are the right drivers and I have a 64 bit Windows 7 Prof on it… The laptop is a Dell Latitude E6440
You are using the drivers from the manufacturer for your device?
Other drivers that are available for the corresponding hardware usually do not work on laptops…
The drivers are downloaded from dell. And on my PC (no dell) the setup opens normally…
Sounds like broken Kernel32.dll. A repair installation should help.
