How can I record videos in the background with OBS Studio?

I would like to record videos from the internet, e.g. Purchased webinars.

How can I record the webinar with OBS Studio and work on the laptop at the same time? So open other windows and programs that do not disturb the recording.

OBS can record at most one process window focused. If that does not work, it will not work
