I have a laptop that is older. I have had it since 2011. Had Windows 7, everything was still fine. I only got 10 because 14.1 support for 7 ends. I've had 10 for several weeks now and everything is going well. Yesterday evening and tonight the laptop suddenly hung up. Nothing works anymore. Mouse doesn't respond, nothing. I never had anything like that at 7 and then I switch off the laptop and switch it on again, then I go back, but that's not a good solution and is harmful to the laptop in the long run. Does anyone have any idea or tips?
