A PC usually has a permanently installed power supply unit that is adequately dimensioned. The power plug (do you mean the cable?) Has no influence on the available current.
You should also just check how little power can go out via USB. So you don't overload a standard PC.

There are USB amplifiers or USB hubs with amplifier functions.
The power supply unit belonging to the laptop (mostly 19.5 V at max 4.7A) might get a little warm. Nothing more happens. The current that can be drawn from the USB ports is rather insignificant. You do not have to worry.

The thing supplies 230 volts directly from the socket, regardless of what you buy.
The power supply is responsible for how much arrives in the PC, if you would need a new power supply.
It's similar with notebooks, but the power supply is mostly outside and the internal components are precisely matched to it. You can't exchange a lot there.

The connection cables for the PCs are standardized. You will hardly have such powerful peripheral devices at the USB output of the PC that they overload the connection cable. First the USB system and then the power supply would melt through, but never the power cord! Fan heaters, immersion heaters and the like. You probably won't have to run it over the PC, and certainly not over USB. You would have to introduce your strange project first.

If you were to get a cable whose maximum load limit ("with a higher power") is higher than that of the standard-compliant power cord, then your PC is guaranteed not to break. You can even push a doll's pram with a weight of 2 kg over a bridge that is approved for a maximum load of 100 tons. The stability of the bridge guarantees that the doll's pram will not break.
