My parents can read my messages on my mobile phone on what's app and instagram. They can see everything through a laptop, my mother claims. Which is true.
She had previously mentioned certain messages to me several times.
I (20) have no peace and already had a panic attack, because I felt supervised.
Does anybody know about you and can tell me how this could be possible? I really want to avoid it.

Your mother has no right to supervise you when you are 20 years old. You should reset your phone and lock it with a PIN so it can't install anything there. If you can't do it yourself, have someone do it to you or shop it in one hand.
