Why don't I get Wi-Fi even though it is connected?

It is about my PC displaying the WLAN symbol with the text "Connected, secured", but no Internet is coming in. The router is just a meter away from the laptop.

At the same time, however, my cell phone, tablet and TV have perfect internet. It was exactly the same with the old laptop. When connected, the connected symbol is displayed immediately, but no Internet can enter. It always takes 10-15 minutes to arrive, but sometimes nothing comes at all.

Does anyone have an idea what to do? Since it was the same with the old laptop, it seems less because of the laptop itself.

Restart router.

Thanks but of course I was already there. It has been going on for a long time - with the hotspot from the cell phone it can be connected perfectly

Have you ever tried to solve the network in your laptop and add it again?

An idea:

Ever deleted the well-known Wi-Fi connection on your laptop? And then connect fresh to your Wi-Fi (remember, Wi-Fi key is required, hopefully you will have one). Very important! You absolutely have to press the "do not save" button in Windows 10 so that Windows really deletes the WLAN profile completely!
