Laptop screen after booting up black?

My laptop, Windows 10, has a black screen right after my password is entered.

I enter it and 2 seconds later the screen is black.

What can I do? I have already tried all key combos.

I also had the bug after using a few meaningless "system optimization tools".

I fixed it then with the system recovery
