Settings from laptop can't be opened what to do?

For a long time now, the settings on my laptop have not been able to be opened and I would be interested in whether there's a different solution than resetting.

Start Windows 10 in safe mode with a command prompt. Then enter the following command:

sfc / scannow

This will fix Windows 10. When that is done, just restart the laptop. In most cases the problem is gone.
