What can you recommend me? It doesn't have to be 4k. Full HD is enough. 22 inches maximum. And in the budget less than 150 euro
22 inches is a somewhat unusual size so I think either 19 inches or so, but I have no recommendation (I once found an approx. 19 "screen at a subway station, with a note" To give away "it is old and nothing special but does)
At 24 inches there's the Samsung C24F396FHU, I have it. Good picture, 24 inches, slightly curved and works. A friend still has the same one in non-curved, which may be even cheaper.
Otherwise you can't go wrong with screens that much. There are TFT monitors, which are the cheapest but actually ok, then there are IPS, which are more perfect for office but not for gaming because they do not react so quickly. Then there's more which I think is hardly relevant in the price range.
