Download Excel again at License Fox?
I had bought the full Excel version about 1.5 years ago via Licensefuchs.de. Back then I installed that on my computer. Now I need it on my laptop… If I go to the download link that I got with my product key at the time, it says "The download could not be verified, please enter your email address".
But if I do that, nothing else will happen. I actually have to work with Excel on the go on the weekend. The customer service from License Fox is "only" from Mo.-Fr. Available from 8 a.m. To 5 p.m.
Do you have any ideas how I can try this out? I have also tried to pull Excel from the PC onto a USB stick and then install it on my laptop like this…

The download link doesn't matter at first, just download the software somewhere else. It is important whether you can still activate at all.

So I don't have a key for Office 365, I bought it back then, as I wrote above, through License Fox.
You have to download normally and then you can log in with a Microsoft account as soon as I know
