Which combination with CTRL?

Hi, I want to see on my laptop what's on it (I don't mean the memory) to uninstall things. I know you can see that with a Ctrl * combination. Please help. - Thanks (I do not mean on the internet but really the computer itself) - (believe the data processor or something)
