Is my power strip broken?

I have a problem, namely the following. 4 weeks ago I soldered my Led Strip and connected it to the socket with a PC charger. That lasted 2 minutes, after which the Led controller (this white square part) began to smoke, 2 minutes later it burned. I thought that the charger I was using had too much power and that's why it burned. (Nothing happened, I deleted it soon enough)

I have just plugged my new laptop charger into the (white) power strip (another one), whereupon it glowed completely white inside and a huge spark or something came out. What should I do? I'm afraid that something will happen when I'm not home.

I can only say - stay away from "DIY" which has to do with voltages greater than 42V. It is best to remove all your self-made sockets and devices from the power supply!
If you need devices in this class, buy some.

I only bought power strips and chargers, the only thing I made was the Led Strip that worked for the first 2 minutes

Then you will have soldered a short circuit and destroyed the power supply.
You can either have the power strip checked by a specialist or dispose of it, as it has apparently also got a defect.

This initially reduces the risk of further fires.
