My earphones do not work?

My earphones do not work. YouTube and Spotify do not play any sound. However, with Discord it does. (The sound when you get a message and when you call) And when I manually set the sound in the bar below, there's also a sound.

I already restarted the laptop and performed all updates. Unfortunately, this is also the case with other headphones.

Can someone help me please?

Please check the standard output device of your computer once.

If a program does not have the ability to change the output device itself, the standard output device is used. If this is then set incorrectly, you can of course not hear anything.

Unfortunately the standard output device is already set and it is my headset.
