My headphones only play music to the left ear and I tried that with several headphones that work normally on my laptop. I have a samsung j3 2016. Are there any solutions or do I need to fix that
In the settings you can make a page louder / quieter or just turn off completely.
Otherwise, the jack is probably broken.

This is often due to a dusty socket. Hold the phone with the socket down and blow into it.
Does not help, you have probably pressed the dust with the latch at the bottom of the socket. Then you can with a stick out of a soft material (toothpick, interdental brush, …) rausprörkeln.
Thanks so I tried both and it did not work. So there's dust coming out but it still does not work but as I said, thanks anyway!
That can sometimes settle pretty well. As long as some dust comes out, there's usually more.
