So that's one thing when you download something. I would normally download the games at 100MB / s but I only download them at 10 I don't know why but it's normal. It is the same with all my friends.

Simply use a LAN connection to check the hops you're on the Internet with Tracert.
First of all, I would clean the computer with a cleaning program, e.g. With a CCleaner, of course there are also others.
The next step would be to check the folders and files and programs, and save any unnecessary files, folders and programs to an external hard drive.
If this does not lead to success, I would go to the provider and have the Internet connection checked.
Addition to the comment: You can still do one thing, check in the device manager whether all drivers are up to date.
