How to connect microphone to laptop (Windows 10, Medion Razer)?

I want to buy a microphone and use it with my computer, namely this:

How can I connect this to my laptop (Medion Razer, Windows 10)? There's only one audio connection (there's a microfone and an audio device printed).

What do I need to connect a microphone to my computer? Do I need an audio interface for this?

If your PC only has a combo jack (so headphones and micro in one), then you need a Y-adapter for the linked headphones. Just look for "Headset Splitter" and you will find the right one.

Does that affect the sound quality?

Ne is actually pretty cheap. Did the problem itself exactly the other way had. I had 1 plug and 2 sockets. Need only NEN adapter.

Here is an example: MillSO Headphone Splitter Adapter - 3.5mm Audio Jack Y Cable (3.5mm stereo jack to 2x 3.5mm jack) for Gaming Headset, PS4, Xbox One, Smartphones and Laptop - 20CM Black https://www.amazon.de/...07252L46K/

Thank you. By the way: You should also mark REF links as such!

Each additional plug-in connection is always an additional source of error, but the sound quality suffers, if at all, only minimally.

The signal is then processed by your sound card, no matter if with splitter or directly into the combo jack. Whether that is good or bad, I do not know, usually not so great.
