This can be a router or the line. Since this is spongy on the LED, go to the router menu and see how long the router is logged in. If you do it right away, you have the time from the termination. You see disconnections there. They are also labeled.
But a very simple quick solution is often to pull the power plug from the router. Have a cup of coffee once in the bathroom with all the remaining streams out. Then put it in and see if that was all.
