For my studies and my hobby as 'Mangaka' (well. Holds for webtoons) I finally wanted to get a graphics tablet. I've already found one. The problem is, I hardly know anything about laptops / PCs and nobody really explains which device is best for it. It's just said that you need Windows 10. Is it okay to just get a laptop with Windows 10 for 300 euro?
