I ordered a call center headset from amazon callez and generally my laptop recognizes iwie my headsets never so the microphone and headphone input does not work as if these 2 areas were switched off. Use alienware and originally there was soundblaster recon 3di or something on it as a program. I used to have and used alienware headsets, but they broke at some point.
what is the best way to proceed jz? Had thought of ordering bluetooth headphones but jz doesn't necessarily want to order again
The part has to be "registered" in this device, usually it does that when switching on / booting…
Shut down the device, plug it in and restart… It should show that. Then it should work…
