Lan Switch crashes?

Whenever I want to switch my PC to the Lan Switch, the Lan Switch crashes. It works without problems with other laptops etc., only with my PC it crashes immediately.

Please give me the type name of the switch. How does the crash express itself?

The switch crashes. H. All lights go out as soon as my PC is connected and started. When the PC is disconnected, the switch starts again.

What I could mention but I don't know if this is relevant, the switch has a switch for vlan which is switched on.

Yesterday the PC was directly connected to the router, this also ran without problems.
