I have been working at home for the last 3 days on a laptop. I was really on it for a long time. From 9 a.m. To 10 a.m. At the earliest, of course with breaks.
Since I wanted to sleep I have noticed a pulling and stinging arm and it says yes if in the long run on the laptop etc. You can get a mouse arm but is it really that fast or do you think this is a strain
Oh and while I'm at it what could I do to make it better? Cool?
Depends on the place. The arm is long. If it is more in the wrist, it could be a carpal tunnel syndrome, if it is more in the elbow, a nerve could be trapped. I'm not a doctor, so these are just guesswork. If you are in pain, please have a doctor examine it.
Tendonitis.
It hurts almost everywhere, but it comes most from the spoke. Will go to the doctor tomorrow.
Try an ice pack on your neck for 20-30 minutes.
Take a pain reliever, for example 400-600mg ibuprofen.
Go to the doctor tomorrow if it hasn't gotten much better.
Get well soon!
Yes. I then do loosening exercises and put a hot water bottle on my neck and my right shoulder
