Neighbor's apartment door is open, what to do?

It is a small apartment and the door has been open for more than an hour. I went in but there's nobody there. The TV is quiet, a printer is on the dresser, a laptop on the table.

With us, the door is open 24/7.

Neighbors have therefore never walked into the apartment.

The TV runs quietly is weird. Normally I would assume that the person is sleeping or has only left the apartment for a short time. B. To go to the bakery but since it's been over an hour it's strange. Somehow that doesn't go together.

It's best to call the police.
