How can I do this (digitally)?

I want to create a drawing digitally, but with a pen because it just doesn't work with the mouse. So I would need a screen stylus and a kind of tablet with a surface that captures the movement of the pen. Does anyone have an idea?

Otherwise you can trace over image editing tools with the line / curve tool. You can also adjust these lines. This works well with the mouse.

Thought I gave a tip instead of throwing a 4th tablet into the room.
