I have rewired Windows, updated the drivers and tested the hardware with various programs, but there's no solution yet.
You could open the Task Manager and see what causes the high utilization. Otherwise, screw it on and clean the fan.

Did you also check the RAM and the hard drive for errors? How are the temperatures?
