Laptop or new cell phone?

So the question is already above, but let me ask you more precisely: should I buy a laptop or an iPhone 8?

I would often use a laptop (for Netflix, school i.e. Homeschooling, music, chat, surf the internet, FaceTimen etc.) and take it with me (i.e. When traveling and so on). So a laptop would be really great!

I need a new cell phone (I currently have the 1st generation iPhone SE) due to:

•more memory! • bigger screen! • more function (simply better)

Since you can actually do everything you have enumerated with your smartphone. But you have to decide for yourself what you would rather have.

Well, you have to decide for yourself. A 400 euro notebook is sufficient for your requirements, for a little more you get a decent convertible, ie with "tablet function" or touchscreen 🤷🏻♂️

It depends on what is better for you. If you buy a laptop for 500 - 600 euro you can't expect to be able to play any games. The budget should be enough to chat, but in the end it depends on the components installed. If the iPhone 8 costs 300 - 400 euro and you only want to chat, facetime etc. Then clearly an iPhone. Wiel for 300 - 400 euro you will not get a laptop that is good enough in the long run.

So even at the point of homeschooling, the cell phone fails. You have to decide that, you can't say that, because both have their advantages. But I would take the lap top.

My laptop cost 400 euro and I can play Minecraft. And Tetris.
