I need your help, my laptop with the Windows 10 operating system no longer worked after the latest update. My brother got it to work again. However, I was just about to play the Sims 4, but noticed that I could no longer open it. So I wanted to try it via origin, it didn't work either, so I downloaded it again and then wanted to try it.
