What can I do about Origin loading forever and the games not showing up?

When I open my Origin it loads forever (let it load for 2 days, nothing has changed). The only thing I can see when I open Origin are 9 gray boxes that are slowly getting a little darker and then a little brighter. I have already restarted my laptop, closed Origin, logged out and logged in again, nothing helps. I had this problem once, I just left my laptop for about half a year and didn't play it, then opened it again and after all the updates it worked again. Just try to uninstall Origin and reinstall it. You don't lose your games, the Origin Games folder remains

The saved game should not be deleted either (I also believe that the saved game is in the cloud anyway).

You then simply have to enter your data again after the new installation. If Sims are not found automatically, you can right-click on them in the library and then go to Search and search for the folder manually. But afterwards everything should still be there. Had to uninstall Origin from time to time

Yes is saved in the "CLoud" at Origin
