See cell phone picture on computer?

I wanted to ask if, when I record a video with my cell phone / camera, I can see what it looks like on another monitor (laptop, TV) while recording. So that I can see what I'm doing and how I look? If that were possible, what would I need for it and how would I do it?

PS. For me it would be best if I could see this on my laptop

The easiest way is to use the "My Smartphone" app from Microsoft.

This should already be preinstalled on your Win 10 laptop and, depending on the smartphone, too.

I'm not sure but I think you can do it with an adapter and otherwise buy you ne elgato capture card

For the mobile phone there's the "All Tools" app which also includes a camera tool, but I don't know whether it is available for the PC.
