This means that no boot medium is available. Go into the BIOS and see if the right hard drive is selected as boot medium. If your system hard drive is not there's something wrong with the hard drive or you have never set up the PC, which of course could be synonymous ne possibility. Then you would first have to create a boot stick or something and load an OS on the laptop.
