Does a 60hz mode make sense with a gaming notebook, for example? It's own 144hz, but you can change it, is it the same if I use 60fps at 60hz and 60 fps at 144hz? It is more because you are used to 144hz now.
For most of them, as soon as they play 1x 144hz +, 60fps just feels like lags.

If you've been playing the 60fps game for a while, it should feel reasonably normal again after a few minutes
