Graphics card is shown as Microsoft even though I have a Readon rx590?

Hello guys I got a gaming PC but since I don't have much knowledge I need your help

I have a Ryzen 5 2600 processor and a graphics card from Readon rx590 but when I open the graphics card via Device Manager it only says "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter"

I can't even start CSGO even though my PC is worth 800 euro and the game is completely snotty with other games, even a 150 euro laptop would have a better graphics game. I change it but nothing happens

Found the solution I just had a Windows installed accidentally x32Bit installed it now on x64Bit everything works thanks anyway
