Price of a medium-good gaming PC for the next years (2019)?

I'm looking for a computer with which I can play for a few years like CoD, Fortnite or the newly released Apex Legends with good to very good settings and in which case, in the best case, maybe even the graphics card can be upgraded. It could also be a laptop, but of course upgrading would be almost impossible. But I would have 3 questions:

1. How much money would a PC cost me that would cost me?

2. Is it advisable and / or cheaper to buy a used computer or a refurbished PC and then upgrade it with a new Graka depending on the condition?

3. Do you have any tips that I should discuss with the different components and with which components you can save or with which one should rather pay more? Maybe one of you already has a finished composition that roughly corresponds to my ideas.

I'm happy about your tips!

A future-proof solid gaming PC is available from about 700 euro with a Ryzen 5 1600, RX580 8Gb and 16 gb ram. The processor will last for at least 4 years, just like the RX580. 16GB Ram are even more than overkill for gaming, so you almost never have to upgrade your RAM! In addition, the PC manages every current game in 1080p at very high settings with over 60 FPS, a few titles can also be played well in WQHD, such as BO4. If I knew your absolute budget, I could put together a PC for you.

Gaming starts from 600 euro. That will keep you but max 2 years and you will gamble mainly on high. With about 1000 euro you get NEN upper middle class gaming PC put together which should also last 3-4 years.
Yes, you can do it. For the game itself I would pay attention to a reasonable processor and that fits the power supply. Generally applies just when used: Bought as seen. So if there's something going on and you do not recognize it directly, you pay twice.
RAM the cheapest makes synonymous (RAM itself bring little to no more FPS) minimum 8GB, optimally 16GB. My rule of thumb 10-15 euro over the cheapest. You also need an SSD if you do not have one yet. Makes the whole PC much faster. One hardly believes what an effect such an SSD has. Otherwise, make sure that the power supply brings enough power. 500 watts should be enough.
Watch for quiet components. Costs usually a few euro more, but it's worth it.

From 700 euro to 800 euro in DIY you get a solid system that is well prepared for the future, also in terms of upgrade options and which meets your needs

Used hardly worth it, unless you find a good deal.

That looks like this.

Especially with RAM and Ryzen should be careful. There it should already be 3000er. Also 2 bars, because of Dual Channel.

Yes, yes, that's clear… I'll presuppose that as knowledge.

Super, thank you, I was looking for this value for a usable PC, so your 700 euro. Your hardware tips are also good, I think!

By and large, I agree with the setup of D2BF1D. However, I see that in the graphics card differently. Mid-February, the GTX1660 comes out. Will cost around 280 euro and be much faster than the RX580 (no green fanboy… If then rather Team Red, but there's currently no drip to get).
