I have a Windows 10 laptop which I have now reset 3 times because Windows 10 always caused problems, I have now encountered a problem again 2 weeks after the last reset.
Windows Explorer restarts every few minutes, which means that my bar at the bottom of the desktop flashes briefly and all icons appear new, I can no longer download and / or upload anything else, everything that I select in the browser, be it for downloading or Upload, Windows Explorer closes and nothing happens.
Have already tried sfc / sannow, but that means everything would be great.
Well, I want to reset the PC again but now the computer asks me for a boot medium… Which is strange because the PC should be able to reset on its own, without any medium, the medium is the PC. I also didn't get a CD with Windows 10 when I bought it.
During the extended restart I also received the following error code:
0x0007FFAE601FBF refers to 0x0007FFAE601FBF, the 'written' action can't be carried out.
It still takes two weeks before I get the warranty papers and the store where I bought it, the warranty is still there, the PC has survived 5 months, my Windows 8.1 notebook from 2015 had 5 years without such problems.
Any idea what I could do?
Then you should use the option in Windows 10 to download a completely new Windows image. Yours is damaged.
You still have the valid license key, then download the Media Creation Tool.
I never received a license key, I had the PC turned on and Windows 10 worked on its own.
Where can I find it?
Then you still see the key under system properties. With product ID.
Okay, I keep it in mind because, as you know Win10, everything works again suddenly after the 10th restart.
Usually you should get this option when resetting. Unfortunately I'm not on my PC right now, so I can't look it up now.
Okay, it doesn't matter anyway, because Windows 10, as you know it, suddenly works perfectly again, no boot medium required, no error message when restarting and Windows Explorer also works normally again.
You really have to ask yourself what's the problem with Windows 10. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Surprising.
