Basically it should be said that my gaming laptop runs smoothly. Games like GTA V, World of Warcraft or Dead by Daylight normally run stable and smooth with over 60 FPS and good graphics settings and without graphics errors.
In between, however, there are phases where it starts to jerk and jerk, sometimes accompanied by a few seconds of freeze or the picture sometimes turns black for a fraction of a second, accompanied by disturbances in the sound.
However, you can't say that you can't play normally with the laptop. The factors occur arbitrarily and not always. If we really play for a day if there's time, so we assume a period of 10 a.m. - 12 a.m., this happens on average 3 to a maximum of 5 times.
Anyone have any idea what that could be?
Drivers, etc. I have already updated all of them and set up the PC again, etc.
Black picture sounds like a problem with the graphics card - it's best to take a look at the temperature. Maybe you can also see something in the system log / event display at the time.
This can be due to many things, I always think of the temperature of laptops first, but it makes no sense if it occurs deliberately. How about if with Mai Afterbrunner or something you look at the CPU gpu RAM and co times when the stutters occur, then you will very easily find the cause
I'm thinking of thermal problems:-)
There are some malfunctions on the internet that you probably can't locate and can't remedy.
Such effects occur at peak times. Like traffic jam on the highway.
Do you have comprehensive virus protection?
I'm going to get out now. I'm writing to you from a 15 year old HP EliteBook 17 inch.
It has never jerked. You have a program that calls like ET home.
Your booke should be 4 times faster than mine.
Check for a virus. My thing is really super old. Only good… Own graphics.
It costs 500 euro. Now I come up with the name… Autocad.
It even uses 4 cores, makes no game. Mario
