Connect monitor to laptop for 144hz?

I want to get a 144hz gaming monitor (most likely the one: https://www.lc-power.com/produkte/pc-monitore/curved-bildschirme/lc-m24-fhd-144-c-v2/) (If the link doesn't work: Lc M24 FHD V2) I have my gaming laptop that I would like to connect to the monitor (see picture below). However, I don't know how to connect it, because I don't have a Displayport connection, only Hdmi, 1x Usb 2.0 Type A, 2x Usb 3.2 Gen 1 Type A. Can someone help me how I could get 144hz? I'm open to everything (adapter etc.) I can also spend more money to find a better monitor, so if you also have a good one that works (can also give more heart)

Connect monitor to laptop for 144hz

I'm open to it (I would also use the Ps4 on it and soon Ps5)

With my laptop and 144hz monitor, only 120Hz works over HDMI

On the stationary PC I use 144hz via the display port. The difference isn't that bad either

Ab

You take HDMI and enjoy 120Hz.

Absolutely unhelpful

Hmm yes that's the thing I already have a 120hz screen from the laptop but it is also intended for Ps5 then

In your opinion, how should one help if there's no better solution? Your only video interface is HDMI. And HDMI is limited to 120Hz. Where should a better solution come from? Thunderbolt 3 is missing for an external graphics card.

So in short, you don't get your 144Hz!

That doesn't work then. Max 120hz.

Well then you have to come up with a solution ^^

Unfortunately, you have to do without the 144HZ, you can't solve that with adapters because your notebook can only output a maximum of 120HZ via HdMI.
