Will the better graphics card be used automatically if I have 2 in my PC?

Question is actually as described above. I have 2 graphics cards in my gaming laptop, once the RTX2060 and the Intel (R) UHD Graphics 630. If I now and then play games that are a bit older, they still jerk, which amazes me with my graphics card because it is is already relatively good. An example would be CSGO on high graphics card settings or the Beyond Two Souls demo. Could someone please help me there?

Of course, the RTX is used. The integrated remains completely outside actually. I don't have the problems in any game, maybe update graphics drivers or see if you can somehow deactivate them

The RTX 2060 is already in use, at least if the drivers are all correctly installed. But notebooks are naturally much less powerful than PCs, because neither the CPU nor the graphics are allowed to draw any power (not only because of the battery, but because the waste heat would not be cooled off). That is the price of mobility.

OK. Yes, I updated the driver, maybe it will work better now

Lo

Aaah okay, that would explain a lot, thank you

Al

Maybe you can overclock and put a cool battery underneath 😂
