I have been using the G935 without problems for several months. As of today, the PC no longer recognizes the USB stick that is used to connect the wireless headset to the PC. Usually the USB stick lights up yellow, but it only does this briefly when I start the PC. However, the stick works on another laptop, as does an adapter. The headset is also completely intact.
Try plugging it in and out again, then the PC will look for a driver.
Is there any software from Logitech for this? It's best to reinstall it. When you insert the stick, does something start automatically (for example, a window opens with options)?
Otherwise you can uninstall the driver via the device manager (right click on the Windows icon at the bottom left on the taskbar and then on device manager).
Then the PC searches for the appropriate driver the next time it is plugged in.
I've already put it in and out
there's a Logitech driver for all Logitech products which I already have for my keyboard and my mouse which are also from Logitech
and my headset is no longer listed in the device manager, that's my problem
and no window opens even a sound comes
Look in the Device Manager for USB connections and see whether this Logitech Stick is listed. If so, click and uninstall the device. Then insert the USB stick again.
No logitech g935 is explicitly listed, only a USB root hub
Did you accidentally switch the wireless switch on your headset?
What happens when you insert the USB stick? Does the PC make a sound? Something pops up?
No that is not the problem, i could connect the headset with an aux cable and it would work, the stick just does not light up on my pc, i think this is due to the software because it works on my laptop without a driver
Maybe the USB port on your PC also has problems. Already infected with another one?
To everyone yes
And the usb port is not broken i charge my cellphone with it
This is not proof that the port is working. If the cell phone is charging, the data transmission can still be faulty
Did you accidentally switch the wireless switch on your headset?
As I said it is not on the headset and you can only switch it on or off
Yes, there's an extra switch for wireless on the headset, which of course has to be on
