After being at the consoles for years, I have now released Half Life Alyx, a title for which it would be worth investing again in the direction of a PC / laptop.

What components would be necessary to have a good gaming experience?

Are there any options to borrow a gaming laptop including VR from a provider for 1.2 months?

It depends on how much you want to spend.

The least would be a 1060 nvidia graphics card or amd equivalent. Cpu: intel core I5 6500. 16 Gb ram. And at least lenovo explorer headset.
