My laptop somehow doesn't work? And I need help urgently?

So there was an update for my laptop (Windows 10) … But now it no longer works properly, there's always only a blue Windows character and then it says there's an attempt to restore the installation, then changes are made to the computer.

sounds to me as if something went wrong during the update, and now Windows tries to fix it. To bend that back on the fast, depending on the update, and hardware, … I see black for the meeting.

If there's a backup, and all work after the backup would be null and void, you should import it for the quick / for the quick. But backup is one of those things, hardly any.

If you are lucky, the laptop will catch itself. If you are unlucky and the update has shot the entire operating system, you can reinstall it. Depending on the hardware and scope, this takes quite a while.
