Etihad Airways laptop banned?

I have a flight with Etihad Airways. Now I'm confused because I've read about laptop bans. The http://www.etihad.com/de-ch/before-you-fly/baggage-information/baggage-allowances/ page has not been available for days. Does anyone know if you can take a laptop in your hand luggage?

"You can now carry up to 15 electronic devices (such as a laptop, tablet, e-reader, mobile phone, or medical device) both in the cabin and in checked luggage."

It depends on where you are going. The bans concern flights of "Muslim" airlines to the United States. But such a connection will hardly exist, and if you fly to Dubai or Asia with Etihad, such a ban will not affect you.
