Good instructions how to share folders in the Wind10 PC and notebook via network?

I work on my PC and my notebook every now and then. I would like to share a network folder for the transfer of work statuses / files. I use Windows 10 Pro.

I use a Fritz! Box 7530 FK and I'm connected to both devices via Wi-Fi.

We have 10 parties in our house, so I would be interested in a safe transmission.

Is there a compact instruction on the net? I have already watched a number of videos, but I wanted to ask you experts if you had good instructions or could recommend them.
